A top media and defamation lawyer says Conservative Party leader Colin Craig is likely to encounter an “uphill struggle” to establish he’s been defamed by Green Party leader Russel Norman.

Mr Craig gave Dr Norman a deadline of 5 pm Friday to apologise for statements he claims were defamatory
