Climate change action could cost 10% of GDP – IPCC

A new report from the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change says aggressive action to limit the increase in global mean temperature to 2 degrees could cost more than 10% of world GDP by the end of the century.

This will require greenhouse gas emissions to drop 40-70% compared with 2010
