Christchurch re-repairs just the tip of the quakeberg

Last week EQC Minister Megan Woods admitted badly repaired earthquake-damaged houses were “potentially a very large liability to the Crown.” 

This should not have been a surprise.

It has been obvious to most people in the sector that there are large and growing issues around the quake rebuild
