UPDATE / Nov 6: In the wake of yesterday's Commerce Commission ruling that Chorus must slice its copper broadband pricing by 23% from December next year, Forsyth Barr has maintained its "Buy" rating on Chorus, but sliced 25c if its 12-month target to $3.00.
