A local Chinese telco has backed down from a legal case brought by multi-billion dollar Chinese TV station alleging copyright infringement.
Hong Kong-headquartered Television Broadcasts (known as TVB) and local media company World TV took Auckland-based Telnet Telecommunication to the High Court
