The Chinese-owned aspiring buyer of Lochinver Station wants to buy another dairy farm unit near Taupo for $22.75 million.

Shenzhen-listed Hunan Dakang Pastoral Farming, which is currently 55%-owned by Jiang Zhaobai’s Shanghai Pengxin, plans to acquire a 1235 ha farm from Tony and Carol
