Chinese banks seek CBL Corp liquidation
Move points to schism in banking syndicate.

Two Chinese banks who lent $66 million to stricken insurer CBL Corporation have applied to have the company moved into liquidation.
Court records show the two plaintiffs in the application are the Industrial & Commercial Bank of China and the Bank of China.
