Charity status rewards untaxed anti-developer lobbyists

From humble beginnings in 1971 Gary Taylor's (pictured) "anti-developer" Environmental Defence Society has become a nice little earner, especially as it is a registered charity and does not pay tax.
Last year the society, which describes itself as a not-for-profit environmental organisation
