Charitable trust and Fletcher in $3m tenancy dispute

A charitable trust says Fletcher Building owes it nearly $3 million but accuses the listed company of using legal tactics to avoid paying what it owes.

The Gama Foundation had leased a 2.3ha industrial property in Christchurch to Fletcher, which vacated the property in 2015.
