Changing residential investment rules needs to go further

Property loans need classification if banks clamp down on residential investors, NZ Property Investors Federation boss says.

If the Reserve Bank is talking to individual banks about options for curbing lending to people with five residential properties or more, some kind of classification system needs to be set up.
