CBL directors hit with another lawsuit over $110m French deal

Directors of failed insurer CBL Corporation have another fire to fight, on top of lawsuits from shareholders and the Financial Markets Authority, as liquidators seek recoveries over a €94.5 million ($110.7m) acquisition in France.
