Carry on: Dubai imposes airport charge, Emirates extends online check-in and more

Passengers going through airports in Dubai will have to pay a service fee of about $14 from July 1. The 35 United Arab Emirates dirham levy will be imposed on departing or transiting travellers through either of its two main commercial airports, Dubai International or the new Al Maktoum
