Buying and selling of commercial property hits a yearly record $4.4 billion

Close to $1 billion of commercial office property was bought and sold in the second half of last year.

Commercial property transactions around the country passed $4 billion last year – the second-highest level in the past decade.

The transaction levels were boosted by a spike in interest from syndicates, research from CBRE shows.
