Budget 2015: English names the day but shies away from further funding of Sky City deal

English rejects accusations of being shut out of Sky talks, but says he isn't keen on putting more taxpayer funds into the project.

Finance Minister Bill English will deliver his seventh budget on May 21.

But whether that budget will include any new funds to support the Sky City [NZX: SKC] convention centre deal was not clear when the finance minister appeared before a select committee today.
