Bublitz wants $1.3m from the Crown for his retrial

Paul Bublitz’s lawyer says the Crown messed up and should pay $1.3 million in costs for the trial of her client that ended in a mistrial.

Mr Bublitz’s defence wants to employ a rarely-used provision in the Criminal Procedure Act to argue there was a significant procedural failure by the Crown
