Briscoe Group [NZX:BGR] has benefitted from strong summer sales, and its owner Rod Duke says another bid for Kathmandu remains on the table.

The retail group, which runs the Briscoe’s Homeware and Rebel Sport stores, reports fourth quarter sales of $193.1 million, up 15% from the fourth quarter
