Briscoe Group [NZX: BGR] managing director Rod Duke hasn’t quite conceded defeat on his company’s takeover offer for Kathmandu [NZX: KMD].

That’s despite receiving acceptances from only 10% of Kathmandu shareholders owning just 2.27% of that company and the offer closing on Thursday.
