BizDojo in trade sale to multinational IWG

BizDojo Auckland is wound up, owing $341,000 in rent and loses a key Ateed contract — but then its parent company pulls a rabbit out of the hat.

UPDATE 11am: Co-workspace company BizDojo has been sold to multinational serviced office operator IWG, a person close to the deal says.

London-listed IWG has a market cap of £2.3 billion. The source says it was attracted to BizDojo because of its innovation at the social and "connective energy"
