Eric Watson’s lingerie company, Bendon Group, will merge with Nasdaq-listed Naked Brand Group after the US company’s shareholders approved the deal at a special meeting in New York.
Shares in Naked spiked on the news, rising from $US1.48 to more than $US2 before easing to $US1.51.
