Belgium's Wallonia bends and clears path for EU-Canada trade pact

Belgium's prime minister, Charles Michel, says all of the EU 38 national and regional parliaments will have approved the deal by midnight on Friday.

The European Union has restored its tattered reputation as a place to do international business, with Belgium falling into line in a planned trade deal with Canada.
