Beca to review Alan Reay's CTV designs

Beca will carry a review into the collapse of the CTV building for police

Engineering firm Beca has been asked by police to review the collapse of the CTV building in Christchurch’s killer earthquake on February 22, 2011.

The collapse killed 115 people of the total tally of the day estimated to be between 181 and 185 people.
