Bankrupted businessman Andrew Chisholm is serving a home detention sentence for tax evasion.
The Waikato-based man and his wife Kirsten Chisholm were bankrupted in February last year.
Chisholm had owned Auckland firm Central Installation, which collapsed in 2013 owing creditors and staff
