Bankruptcy follows $18m High Court claim

Finance boss declares himself insolvent after receivers file legal action.

Businessman Edward McKee Wright has declared himself bankrupt after a $17.9 million claim was filed against him by receivers of his former invoice factoring company.

Insolvency records show Mr McKee Wright was adjudicated bankrupt by debtor petition on January 5.
