Augusta agrees to February court date for complaint on vote delay

Augusta Capital has agreed to a court date of February 10 next year to hear its complaint of excessive delay in a vote on ousting the board of property company NPT, also scheduled for February.

The NPT special meeting was requisitioned by Augusta on October 28 and seeks to replace three NPT
