Augusta agrees $143m deal on Mercury HQ
Developer Mansons agrees to Broadway acquisition by Augusta fund or syndicate.
Power company Mercury’s new headquarters in Auckland will be bought by an Augusta Capital fund for $143 million.
The property at 33 Broadway, Newmarket, is being developed by Mansons TCLM.
