Auckland’s 10-year plan shortchanges growth

If Auckland Council doesn’t open up land outside the rural urban boundary, it doesn’t have a hope of housing 700,000 extra people expected to crowd into the city over the next 30 years, the Employers and Manufacturers Association (EMA) says.
