Auckland house prices fall for third month
Both Auckland and national house prices fell in December, although the annual increase was strong. With special audio feature.
House prices in Auckland fell for a third consecutive month, the Real Estate Institute’s index of house prices shows.
The index for Auckland fell 2.3% in December from November, although it’s still 14% higher than in December last year.
