The airport thinks its the first in the world to offer policies direct to customers  – plus it adds more non-regulated income.

Auckland International Airport has added travel insurance to its growing revenue streams.

The company says it’s the first airport in New Zealand, and perhaps the world, to offer insurance directly to its customers.

It has partnered with insurance company Cigna, and policies will be offered
