The Attorney General has been asked to get involved in a stoush over the use of Auckland Showgrounds, after a tender process held behind closed doors awarded use of the 8ha grounds to a film studio.

The AG has been asked to intervene in the case taken by Brent Spillane, the managing director of XPO
