Arvida's underlying profit up 43% on increased sales

But expenses increase on the back of care worker pay settlements.

Arvida Group’s underlying profit has boosted over its last financial year as it sold more units, although expenses increased.

The listed aged care provider’s underlying profit, which excludes changes in property values, was up 43% in the year to March 31 to $33 million.
