Appeal to 'natural justice' in Sky-Vodafone case

Judge due to give decision on Spark stay application after 3.30pm

The principles of natural justice were invoked by David Shavin, QC, as he argued Spark should have time to seek a judicial review if the Commerce Commission grants merger clearance to Sky TV and Vodafone.

The commission’s decision is due tomorrow morning.
