ANZ stands by pay offer as mediation breaks down

Ten months after initiating negotiations for bank workers, a pay and entitlement dispute between ANZ and First Union will go to facilitation.

The Employment Relations Authority process is reserved for when bargaining is unduly protracted and participants have not been able to come to an agreement
