The Queenstown legacy of bankrupt Rod Neilsen continues with the mortgagee sale of a waterfront block of land at Walter Peak Estate.

The property is unrelated to the adjacent Walter Peak homestead operated by tourism company Real Journeys.

Mr Neilsen acquired Walter Peak Station for $10
