Evolve Education Group chairman Alistair Ryan is keeping mum on the exit of chief executive Alan Wham after a testy AGM where the board was told by a disgruntled shareholder to fire him.

Last week Mr Wham resigned, a move which becomes effective next month when Lollipops founder Mark Findlay
