Airwork Holdings’ [NZX: AWK] non-executive chairman Michael Daniel has acquired 400,000 shares in the company through an on-market purchase, taking his shareholding to just below 3%.
The purchase takes Mr Daniel's holding to 1.5 million shares, which are held on behalf of the Wairahi Trust,
