Report says New Zealand businesses and industry need to accelerate their climate change response.

Westpac New Zealand chief executive David McLean says New Zealand needs to move away from gas to renewable energy and has urged businesses to accelerate their climate change response.

His comments come following new research by EY and Vivid Economics which reveals early action on climate change
