ACT hits back at $40,000 no helmet fine

ACT leader David Seymour has spoken out against a “surprisingly” high fine imposed on a couple for not wearing helmets on a quad bike.

The farming couple from Canvastown, close to Blenheim, have been charged $20,000 each for not wearing safety helmets.
