Accountant's offending 'at the serious end'

An accountant has been removed from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand after pleading guilty to falsifying GST returns for her personal gain.

An accountant who filed false GST returns to get refunds for her own business, described as “serious” offending, has been struck off as a chartered accountant.
