Abano's board is yet to form a view on Peter Hutson's latest takeover offer but chief executive Richard Keys says he doesn't like its partial nature.

Abano Healthcare doesn’t like the partial nature of the takeover offer its largest shareholder launched on Friday.

Former director Peter Hutson’s company, Healthcare Partners, is offering to buy 30.99% of Abano at $10 a share to take its stake to just over 50%.
