A2 Milk placed $40m of new shares at 68 cents each

A2 Milk has placed $40 million of new shares at 68c each to help fund its accelerating infant formula sales.

A2 Milk [NZX: ATM] was able to place $40 million of new shares at 68c each, a cent above the floor price announced yesterday, and the company says the offer was oversubscribed at that price.

That means the up to $3 million share purchase plan for retail investors will also be priced at 68c.
