A third of SMEs dissatisfied with internet speed and reliability

Auckland has highest satisfaction while Otago and Southland are most dissatisfied.

Almost a third of small to medium businesses (SMEs) are dissatisfied with the speed and reliability of their internet plan, according to MYOB’s latest Business Monitor survey.

The survey monitors more than 1000 SMEs and found dissatisfaction was “stubbornly high” at 31%, with 30% dissatisfied
