Eldamos Investments has bought a 30,667m2 section on Lunn Ave in Mt Wellington for $10,580,155 from College Road Holdings.
Yesterday Eldamos, a Warehouse Group company, confirmed it had bought the land for its landbank but it had no immediate plans to build a Warehouse there.
