Peter Vogliotti, Vinta CEO, said that selecting the right person for the Chair was an extensive and considered process aimed at complementing Vinta’s deep property experience. A proven track record in governance and capital markets in the NZ Financial Services market were also essential. Fiona’s exceptional international corporate and governance background was a perfect fit, which prompted Vinta to approach her for the Chair.

“Fiona stood out as an accomplished executive in the financial services markets in NZ and abroad, combined with strong experience in governance and risk-management, which are central to Vinta’s business. We’re delighted to have Fiona join the Vinta Funds Management Board as Chair,” Vogliotti said.

Fiona added, “It’s a critical time to be joining Vinta’s NZ Funds Management Board as we seek to leverage its strong property heritage into the financial services space. Vinta is uniquely positioned to provide a new destination for property investment.  I am really looking forward to the journey ahead.”
