Trump's Twitter account deactivated by staffer 'on their last day'

Presidential tweeting got an 11-minute break.
US President Donald Trump's Twitter account was de-activated by Twitter earlier today, sending the internet into a frenzy.
However, it was back online within 11 minutes. This afternoon New Zealand time, Twitter blamed a departing employee.
"Earlier today @realDonaldTrump’s account was inadvertently deactivated due to human error by a Twitter employee. The account was down for 11 minutes, and has since been restored. We are continuing to investigate and are taking steps to prevent this from happening again," Twitter's government and elections team said in a statement posted to (where else?) Twitter.
"Through our investigation, we have learned that this was done by a Twitter customer support employee who did this on the employee’s last day. We are conducting a full internal review."
It was not immediately clear if it was a case of last-day hijinks by the employee, or if Twitter decided after the Trump deactivation that it would be the employee's last day.
