Trilogy CFO Render resigns to pursue other opportunities

Trilogy International said its chief financial officer and company secretary Lindsay Render has resigned from the scented candle and beauty products maker to pursue other opportunities.
Render joined Trilogy two years ago having previously worked for telecommunications companies Spark and Vodafone, and will finish her current role on Dec. 22. Trilogy executive director Steve Sinclair will assist with the transition while the company begins a recruitment process, Auckland-based Trilogy said in a statement.
The Trilogy board thanked Render for her contribution and said it wished her all the best for her future.
Trilogy shares last traded at $2.35 and have declined 37 percent the past year.
