Salesforce's huge Dreamforce 2013 event in San Francisco this week was, of course, primarily about the customer relationship management company's latest product, plus teach-ins and networking opportunity's for its customers from around the world (including, from our neck of the woods, Fonterra, NZ Post and Telecom).
But CEO Marc Benioff also did a series of "fireside chats" in front of a live audience of a live audience of 15,000 at a giant hall in the Moscone Centre, plus tens of thousands of others around the centre and online (135,000 resgistered this year).
"Strong women" was as theme of the conference, and two o fthe chats were with high-profile tech execs: Yahoo CEO Marrisa Mayer and Facebook CEO Sherly Sandberg.
Sandberg recounts the themes from her best selling "Lean In" - but in very front-foot style that makes it well worth a look. She also has a practical piece of advice for husbands who want more sex.
Meyer is cagier, but it's well worth viewing if you're following her attempt to turn Yahoo around.
She is also a director at Walmart, where there's been controversy over benefits offered (or not) to part-time staff.
At seven minutes into her interview, a screaming Walmart protestor interrupts. I'd been wondering if that would be snipped out. It wasn't.
