Property guru and former Rich Lister's homes for mortgagee sale
Properties owned by former NBR Rich Lister and property guru Don Ha are being sold by the mortgagee.
Ten homes in Manurewa, Papakura, Goodwood Heights, Favona, and Pukekohe are included in the Bayleys sale.
Many are on large sections and may be suitable for sub division.
The Don Ha Real Estate properties were placed in receivership in March. Kiwibank is owed about $7 million.
Mr Ha is also embroiled in a dispute about unpaid commissions that is due for a court hearing next year.
The horse racing fan is a self proclaimed expert in property investment who charges investment hopefuls $25,000 for coaching programmes.
He had formerly been estimated to have a fortune worth $60 million when he featured in the NBR Rich List in 2007, at the height of the property boom.
Bayleys will auction the properties on November 30.
The multiple-bedroom homes were designed for multiple individual tenancies, or to accommodate large families.
