PGG Wrightson's GM of Transformation and Strategy, Jason Dale, has resigned effective from the end of the month. Mr Dale recently took time off for health reasons and has decided to make some changes, the company told the NZX.
PGW managing director Tim Miles said Mr Dale Jhad played an invaluable role in the group's successful capital raising in 2009 and in designing and implementing corporate strategy and structure.
PricewaterhouseCoopers partner Maurice Noone will work on secondment to PGW to implement the ongoing strategic and change management initiatives.
