I would rather pull my own arms off than vote for Winston Peters.
But I have to give it to the old codger: he spanked John Key on social media this week.
A simple little video of Peters hammering a nail into a billboard is closing in on 100,000 views on Facebook as I type.
It was posted Wednesday in response to John Key's off-beam, televised effort to hammer a nail into a placard for National's Northland candidate Mike Osborne.
The look on Winston's face as he hammers his last blow, then turns to the camera, is priceless.
A little visual metaphor can go a long way.
