Nikko Asset Management (NZ) Limited announces the appointment of Tracey Jones as an independent non-executive director. Ms Jones has spent two decades working in the financial services industry including 12 years with Tappenden Holdings where she held the roles of chief operating officer and chief financial oficer. She is currently an independent director with New Plymouth PIF Guardians Ltd, Harmoney Corporation Ltd and Tutanekai Investments Ltd as well as being the founder of Jones Family Office Partners Ltd.
Nikko AM NZ managing director, George Carter, says “I am delighted that Tracey has accepted a role as director of Nikko AM NZ. Clearly she is an experienced financial services professional, but more specifically her knowledge and insights into family offices and digital financial services strengthens and rounds out our local board. Having led the funds under management, operations and finance of one of the country’s largest private investment portfolios from a single family office, Ms Jones brings a range of skills to the Nikko AM NZ board.
